Your Guide Awakening You to Being Your Best – Anna Mazurczyk: Putting You on the Green Path to Health 
Being healthy literally means being fit. And being the healthiest means being the fittest. It is vital not only for survival, but for everyone to be at their best, and remain so, always. Even if it sounds very simple, the reality is very contrasting, as many of us have realized. Anna Mazurczyk realized it, too. But fortunately, very early. “It is beautiful to be healthy, and it is healthy to be beautiful,” she quotes, adding that when we are healthy, we can do anything. “We have immense strength and a willingness to act. This opens up countless opportunities to build the life we want; new ideas come to us, we have the energy to work, to pursue our dreams, to pursue our passions, and the things that matter to us. We are beautiful inside and out, it’s easier for us to cultivate good relationships, and we smile often.”
She continues, “We can stay healthy well into old age. Instead of worrying about whether we’ll have enough money for medications, we can have the energy to tend to the garden, pursue our passions, be physically active, and play with our grandchildren. And it’s never too late to start caring for our health.”
A Leader Who Practices Everything She Preaches
A Clinical Dietitian, Health Mentor, and Functional Food Expert, Anna has been a specialist in young Barley grass juice and algae juice since 2014. She also has many years of experience in guiding people on the green path to health. Anna also holds a Diploma in Clinical Dietetics, “but for me, practice, not diplomas, is what matters most. I don’t take anyone’s word for it and have to experience everything myself. I learned from my own experiences and from what I asked.”
Later, Anna found out that she’s been able to teach other what she has learned over the years. In her childhood, Anna was a naughty, mischievous kid who asked too many questions, including even the uncomfortable ones, of her elders, especially her teachers. “And I had a hard time doing what they told me, especially if it conflicted with my own beliefs about the right thing to do.” But she could never be called lazy, because Anna has always been on the move.
Going Back to Nature
Further sharing about her shift to everything green, Anna says, “Ever since green food—young barley grass juice and chlorella—healed me and my family, I’ve been dedicated to expanding this less common knowledge. My mission is to green up all of Poland. I’m passionate about nature, I love my garden and nourish myself with what it produces, I hug trees and walk barefoot in the grass and snow, but I also understand quantum physics and teach how to fulfill wishes. As a certified speaker and coach, I help people understand how the law of creation works, and I also speak to many from the stage, which brings me great joy. But above all, I am passionate about truth and freedom.”
Giving People a Direction to Regain Their Health
When asked where the idea for Zielone Trendy, her venture, that have already helped thousands of people, came from, Anna says that the creation was not powered by a single moment, but rather a process. Over time, she began to notice the same pattern repeating itself among the people she worked with — constant fatigue, overstimulation, and confusion caused by an overload of contradictory health information. It became clear to her that the real issue wasn’t a lack of products or solutions, but a lack of direction.
Zielone Trendy was created as a response to that chaos — as a space where health stops being a trend and becomes a conscious decision. From the very beginning, Anna knew she didn’t want to build something based on short-term fixes. Her goal was to create a project that truly changes how people think and live, for the long term.
Giving People the Courage to Act
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zielone Trendy and a health mentor, Anna combines scientific credibility with motivation and emotional intelligence. In her experience, knowledge alone doesn’t change people. Decisions do.
Science is the foundation – it provides safety, structure, and direction. But it’s emotions and relationships that determine whether someone actually applies that knowledge, she insists. That’s why she focuses on explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible way, without oversimplifying them.
“My role is not only to share information, but also to give people the courage to act. Because even the best knowledge changes nothing if it isn’t followed by a decision.”
Eliminating the Misconceptions
Some very rigid misconceptions about functional nutrition, which Anna most actively tries to challenge, which she calls the biggest myth, are that health has to be complicated.
Many people believe they need countless supplements, complex diets, and constant novelty. In reality, the body thrives on simplicity and consistency.
Another common misconception is short-term thinking. Health is not a temporary project or a quick fix — it’s a lifestyle. Green, functional food isn’t a passing trend; it’s a return to what is natural and fundamentally supportive to the body.
When asked about the importance mental conditioning plays in achieving lasting health and long-term business success, Anna insists, “It’s absolutely essential.”
You can have the best plan and the best tools, but if your mindset isn’t aligned with them, you’ll eventually end up back where you started. Mental conditioning is really about shaping identity.
If someone still sees themselves as tired, inconsistent, or lacking discipline, they will unconsciously undermine their own efforts. That’s why health, business, and mindset are inseparable. Real change begins with who you become, not just what you do.

Anna says that her books, “Awakening to Power” and “Awakening to Health – High Vibrational Food,” were not written to provide more information. They were written to slow people down and invite reflection.
The core message is simple: your health and inner strength begin with a decision, not with perfect circumstances.
Showing Women the True Power
Women in leadership often operate at a very high level, achieving great results — but frequently at the cost of themselves. Anna wants to show them that true power doesn’t come from giving more and more, but from living in alignment with who they truly are.
When it comes to protecting her credibility while expanding her influence in an industry driven by trends, Anna says she does not chase trends. She observes them. “But I don’t allow them to dictate my decisions.”
Credibility is built through consistency. If she recommends something, it’s because it has been tested and proven to work. Influence doesn’t come from being the loudest voice – it comes from being reliable and consistent. “In the long run, authenticity always wins.”
Anna’s Core Leadership Principles
There are some core leadership principles that guide Anna’s decision-making process. She says that she always asks herself three questions: – Is this good for people? – “Is it aligned with my values?” – Does it make sense in the long term?
If the answer to any of these is ‘no,’ she doesn’t move forward. “For me, leadership isn’t about control. It’s about direction and responsibility.”
The idea of a ‘green path to health’ translates directly into Anna’s business practices and relationships. Because for her it’s not a slogan. It’s a way of operating.
It stands for simplicity, natural solutions, and consistency. She doesn’t overcomplicate the healing process, and she doesn’t promise instant results. Her relationships with clients are based on partnership. “I don’t sell products — I guide people through a process of real change.”

Anna also adapts her communication to different audiences. The message stays the same; the form changes. In corporate environments, she speaks the language of results and data. In individual work, she focuses on emotions and lived experience. On social media, she chooses simplicity and clarity. Good leadership means being understood without sacrificing authenticity, she adds.

According to Anna, one of the biggest challenges that women face in the health industry today is the belief that they need to be perfectly prepared before taking action. Many women wait for a sense of ‘readiness,’ which usually comes only through action itself. Another challenge is emotionality — often seen as a weakness, when in fact it’s a powerful asset. Authenticity and empathy are the foundations of the strongest brands today.
A Failure That Shaped Her
When asked about the failure that shaped her leadership style the most, Anna says it was trusting the wrong people. “It cost me time, energy, and relationships, but it also gave me something invaluable — awareness. I learned that a leader needs not only heart, but also clear principles and boundaries.” Mental resilience is the ability to stay on course, even when things get difficult.
The Legacy for the Lifetime
Looking ahead, the kind of legacy Anna wishes to leave behind is simple: She doesn’t want to leave behind just a brand. She wants to change how people think about health and personal responsibility.
And to future women leaders, her message is simple: Don’t wait until you feel ready. Start. “Leadership begins the moment you take responsibility — for yourself, your choices, and the impact you have on others.”
