Ambition, a desire for self realization, and belief in my abilities and that my goals are limitless led me to train myself in the basement of my house during the covid 19 pandemic, and was able to achieve my first goal. The setting was simple, the circumstances were uncertain, but the intention did not waver.

Resilience is fundamental to my training, and this is something I’ve learned through moving around, traveling, and diverse cultures. I’m flexible in dealing with my client, especially if they are injured or experiencing mental barriers. I listen to them, help them set small, achievable goals and have the patience to help them overcome this phase.
